Jabra, Australia is currently looking for an exceptional Accounts & Operations Representative for our ANZ markets to serve our faster growing business. This person will join our established and growing team placed across the region serving customers across all over APAC. This position plays a key role in bridging the needs of our customers with the Jabra internal teams and working to process and resolve them at the earliest. The role reports into the Regional APAC Planning and Fulfillment lead and will have dotted line reporting to the regional business heads of ANZ.Your job profile will include the following activities.Logistical support and order managementOrder management: Order intake, order output, order change requests.Supply issues, allocation, product availability etc. (toward customers and Sales org)Manage sample orders.Create market replacement creditsSpecial price approval process (from Sales MD or VP)Insure Partners are in compliance with Commercial returns policies to process returns, work with sales to approve exceptionsReport generations on order patterns back order management and revenue reports.Distribution Center ActivitiesPrepare and maintain SOP''s for special customer requirements in alignment with company policyManage customer complaints (returns, picking errors, lost shipments, damages)Understand and work according to processes in APAC Planning & Fulfillment team and interaction with other departmentsWork with and support internal departments in regard to activities at the Distribution Center:Customer rework initiativesProduct restraint allocationsEnsure Orders are shipped out (ensure that orders are being processed to the warehouse and any shipment issues are prioritized and resolved for customers.)Participate in end of month and end of quarter Business Review Meetings to inform the status of orders related to goals being met.In Jabra, to succeed we expect the following from each of our employeesA professional team member who is capable of managing the daily order management both in regards to the partner and the ERP system environment.Strong leadership, with the aptitude to lead under pressure and works as a team playerOrder fulfilment on time and within SLA as well as high customer satisfaction within the Region.Support organizational goal to meet on time in full (OTIF) and on time to Request to assigned customer account setDevelop relationship with internal departments in order to align Company goal Listen Challenge - TransformWe seek the following professional skills from you as part of this job requirementBachelor degree or 3 - 5 years'' work experience within Logistics & Operation or Supply Chain Management.Or Associates degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 5+ years costumer service experience providing superior customer care.Business partner, distributor, and/or channel experience preferred.Prior import/export experience an assetUser of ERP system with broad experience with and understanding of AX or other ERP system and the system functionality IT-wiseStrong Excel skillsMC office and WindowsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingComputers and Electronics ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Jabra by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
