We create city-sized solutionsbuilding and operating safer, smarter, and more sustainable roadsto solve pressing transport challenges that are slowing cities down.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor traffic flow and respond to incidents using ITS, CCTV, and other systemsCoordinate with emergency services and dispatch response crewsOperate key systems including ventilation, drainage, and fire panelsCommunicate updates via Variable Message Signs and digital platformsLog incidents accurately and escalate issues as neededSupport training, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiativesSkills & ExperienceStrong communication skills in high-pressure environmentsSound decision-making and situational awarenessAttention to detail and ability to follow proceduresAbility to complete structured training and assessmentsExperience in traffic operations or emergency response coordination (preferred)We offer a range of flexible working and leave options, so you can balance your work and life commitments and interests.
