You''ll be in the room (and on the road) with the CEOcapturing real conversations, real environments, and turning them into compelling video content that actually lands.What you''ll do:Film weekly with the CEO (studio, office, on-location)Travel for conferences, market visits, and ad hoc shootsEdit long and short-form content from raw footage to final cutMake creative calls on pacing, hooks, and narrative structureDeliver polished assets ready for YouTube, social, and paid adsOwn the entire video pipelinecapture to deploymentYou''re the right fit if:Can film and edit independently (Premiere/Final Cut proficiency)Have sharp instincts for storytelling and attention-holdingThrives in fast-moving, founder-led environmentsTravel doesn''t phase youit energizes youShip > perfect is your creative philosophyHave experience working with founders or personal brands (bonus)This isn''t for you if:You prefer coordinating rather than doingYou need a fully structured brief to operateTravel or real-time filming isn''t your thingThe opportunity: Be the creative backbone as we scale our content engine.
