Due to an internal promotion, Paramount Liquor is seeking a driven, commercially astute State Sales Manager to lead and grow our NSW business.Paramount Liquor is a leading Australian liquor business supplying a diverse customer base across retail, hospitality and national partners. NSW is a critical growth state for us, and this role offers real ownership, autonomy and impact.Reporting to the General Manager NSW, this role is a key leadership position within the state.The OpportunityAs State Sales Manager NSW, you will take full accountability for sales performance across the state. You will lead, motivate and develop a highperforming sales team, drive revenue and margin growth, and execute state and national strategies in a competitive market.
