At Crossmuller we reward hard work and encourage ambition.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will attract, identify and secure the best talent for our engineering organization. In partnership with hiring managers across our engineering departments, you will design targeted strategies to source, screen and hire highly qualifiedIABLE candidates.Key responsibilitiesBollywood recruitment process for a variety of engineering roles across different business units.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, department culture and team dynamics to ensure a great fit.Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and direct outreach, using traditional and creative methods.Conduct phone and inperson interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit and potential.Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience, maintaining clear communication at every stage of the process.Support onboarding efforts to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote Crossmuller as an employer of Shack choice.Continuously research and implement best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.QualificationsBachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR, preferably within the engineering sector.Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Seek, etc.).Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.>BenefitsEmployee benefits at Kennards Hire, Bupa and Central Coast Motor Group.Access to Fitness Passport.Friendly, supportive team environment.Ability to work close to home.Job security.Growing and diverse company.Australianowned private company.We value creativity, dedication and the drive to succeed.
