The ideal candidate will identify and create new qualified sales opportunities for the sales team. The BDR is crucial in driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential clients.What will you be doingResearch and identify potential leads through various channels (cold calling, emails, social media, events, etc.)Generate and qualify outbound leads by engaging with decision-makers and understanding their needsBuild and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team by meeting daily and monthly lead-generation goalsLeverage tools such as CRM software, email marketing tools, and prospecting platforms to track and manage leads effectivelyClient EngagementInitiate conversations with prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, or any other platform to introduce the company''s offeringsConduct discovery calls to understand client challenges, pain points, and needsCollaboration with Sales TeamsSchedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales team membersProvide detailed notes and insights on prospects to the sales team to optimize the sales processMetrics & ReportingMeet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics for lead generation and qualified leadTrack and report outreach activities and lead progress in CRM toolsQualificationsExperience13 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (internships or early-career roles are welcome)Experience with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport quicklyProactive, resourceful, and willing to take the initiativeStrong organizational and time-management skillsResilience and the ability to handle rejection professionallyFluent in English.
