Join to apply for the Risk and Compliance Specialist role at SG Fleet AU.Risk and Compliance Specialist at SG Fleet AU.About The RoleThis position focuses on identifying, addressing, and reducing risk, ensuring that ongoing and future legal and regulatory obligations under various licenses, certifications, registrations and regulations are fulfilled promptly by managing risk and compliance practices across SG Fleet Australia and New Zealand.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development and implementation of risk and compliance frameworks, including policies, tools, governance frameworks and monitoring reports.Maintain and enhance the company''s Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) system, providing timely risk reporting to stakeholders.Identify and assess risks and advise stakeholders on risk management approaches, ensuring alignment with the company''s risk appetite and governance principles.Support and coordinate monitoring activities to ensure compliance with applicable legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.Assist with reviewing, amending, and implementing programs, policies, and plans necessary to facilitate business continuity management.Support the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and security risk assessments in alignment with the Group''s Info Sec Policies and International Standards.Maintain and improve the company''s ISO standards programs and ensure ongoing external ISO certification (Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, and Information Security).Skills and ExperienceTertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline.Solid prior experience in a similar Operational Risk, Information Security, Compliance or Audit role, preferably within Technology or Financial Services sectors.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with stakeholder management, active listening, probing and negotiation skills.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, detailoriented and resourceful.Excellent selfmanagement, interpersonal and presentation skills.Strong relationshipmanagement skills and the ability to interact with different internal and external stakeholders.ISO certification experience is desirable.Previous experience in fleet management, salary packaging or financial services industry is desirable.About YouExcellent selfmanagement, interpersonal and presentation skills.Strong relationshipmanagement skills and the ability to interact with different internal and external stakeholders.High integrity and strong understanding of professional ethics.Willingness to travel when required.Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines while collaborating as part of a team.Consistently takes responsibility for high quality of output, is innovative and has strong attention to detail.Excellent discretion and tact in dealings with stakeholders.Business acumen and commercial awareness.Who We AreWe are a financial services company that specializes in fleet management, vehicle leasing and salary packaging, with a presence across Australia, the UK and NZ.
