Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impact whether it be at an Incentive Trip, oneoff event or Conference.We are looking for our next EVT team member who can step in and pick up client Incentive Trips, Events, Conferences and new business opportunities and run with them!Position: Incentive Travel & Event ManagerResponsibilities:Planning and executing endtoend event logistics for our clients'' incentive trips, conferences and eventsCollaborating with crossfunctional teams to bring innovative event concepts to life and working closely with the Managing Director and Travel and Events DirectorWorking closely with our clients to align their needs and the company''s requirements into the tripNegotiating with vendors to ensure the best deals and services for our clientsManaging budgets with precisionBeing the onsite captain, ensuring events run smoothly and flawlesslyOnsite and event management will include travelWe are looking for someone who ticks these boxes:Proven experience as an Incentive Travel & Event Manager or similar role with 7+ years experienceUnderstanding of flight logistics, GDS experience a plusHigh level of customer serviceExceptional organisational and multitasking skillsCreativity that knows no bounds we want your ideas to shine!Ability to manage and budget to the client''s advantageEvents Air Registration Form Build, Utilisation of the backend systemMicrosoft Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environmentSuccess in this role looks like this:Happy growing clientsAmazing experiences created without stressMeeting client KPI''s around delivering to timelines and client serviceSuccessful running of events/trips on budget and on timeWonderful working relationship with the EVT teamHappy, growing and fulfilled in your role and at EVTSupporting the growth of EVTWe are all about people at EVT and finding the right people to work in our culture we are one team working towards a common goal for our clients.Enjoy a collaborative and supportive team that feels more like family. We have an office in Barangaroo and the team works in a hybrid model of WFH and Office with 3 days in office per week and 2 days at home.
