Alongside the Head of Client Service & GM, you will help to drive efficiency throughout the business while consistently identifying additional revenue streams across all channels for the benefit of your client. This requires significant responsibility from you, a key custodian of Atomic 212 and internally the representative of our client''s business priorities and expectations. You are expected to be an expert across communications strategy and planning and will understand and facilitate best practice implementation delivery so that you are able to guide and direct the team on behalf of Atomic 212.You will clarify the Client brief and uncover the ''WHY'' in the brief to then respond with a clear cross channel response to meet the objectives. During this process you will also work closely with planning & trading, strategy, SEO, SEM, programmatic, social, content marketing, and data & analytics. The combination of data and strategy as the two key fundamental components is a concept we call ''stratalytics''. That is the equal weighting of data-led learnings and human truths to provide critical analysis and action. In order to fulfil this commitment, we have created a new tool to guide us through the process, to analyse and visualise vast amounts of data to provide key learnings. It all comes to life across four key steps: Immerse, Decipher, Enable and Acclimate a process aptly named IDEA.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain and foster senior level client relationships and stakeholders.Build, manage and mentor direct reports to ensure team effectiveness, efficiency and development, including interviewing and on-boarding new team members.Build, maintain and foster relationships with senior media contacts within the industry.Drive an agenda of inter-agency collaboration to achieve clients'' results, ensuring updates and insights are shared amongst all internal stakeholders.Engarbed in the client''s business by having a clear understanding of their problems and priorities, and provides effective solutions.Identify opportunities to grow revenue streams for Atomic 212 and on behalf of your clients.Ensure forecasts are accurate and communicated to Finance in a timely manner.Prepare month-end overviews of client''s current activities, monthly revenue forecasts/profitability, plus plans for future development of accounts and updates forecasts with any changes as a priority.Delegate appropriate authority and responsibility to others, with latitude for them to do a task their way, as long as it''s within the agreed Atomic Way of Working.Coach and mentor team members to build their skills and competencies (with support of our development and training program).Celebrate success with the team.Represent the voice of the client and the brand having intimate knowledge of their business and their competitors.Uncover data led insights in order to respond to Client briefs to meet objectives.Deliver strategic cross channel communication recommendations in response to a clear client brief which includes identifying and analysing the macro environment, audience & channel data to formulate media strategy and then delivering this communication framework to meet the budget.Strong offline & planning experience, but with strong digital/performance understanding.Lead team brainstorming sessions to generate big ideas to drive the rightful innovation defined by client.Ensure delivery to clients is of the highest order to agency''s standard and 100% on brand.Set the pace and direction for the client team, ensuring that there is a clear and fair timeline provided within the team to manage workload.Lead and manage internal and client''s WIPs.Provide expert generalist knowledge to all clients, is able to hold your own on all fronts in regards to all communications planning.Proactively upskill on all channels on an ongoing basis to ensure you are an expert in all developments.Provide clients with regular updates in regards to the media landscape overviews, trend analysis and developments while always ensuring a unique and personal point of view.Lead the wider agency team through knowledge sharing and inspiration based on your area of expertise and talent.QualificationsCurrently in a similar or senior role in an agency is preference.Ideally a diploma/degree in advertising/ marketing/communications.An understanding of the role and tactics available within all media channels (traditional, digital and content/creative).Advanced knowledge of all media research, planning and buying tools required for media planning and ability to analyse the output and identify insights that influence our recommendation.Exceptional negotiation skills to maximise value delivered for clients.Strong relationship management skills client, team and media.Excellent knowledge of the media landscape and the impact of changes to media consumption trends.Excellent presentation skills and commanding presence to instil trust internally and externally.Strong, senior-level communication skills.Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on solution derived customer service.Demonstrates financial and numerical astuteness, with attention to detail with high level of accuracy.Analytical and critical thinking.Problem solving mentality.Proficient with MS Excel, Word and experience with G Suite and Mac programs: Keynote.Broad Marketing knowledge and curiosity to ask the right questions and probe opportunities.BenefitsBe part of a bold, evolving agency known for innovation and industry leadership.Collaborate with passionate, talented colleagues on a variety of exciting projects.Gain exposure to major clients and industry-leading campaigns.Thrive in a supportive culture where your voice and ideas are valued.Why Join Atomic 212?If you''re ready to elevate your career and make an impact in brand communications, apply now and become part of the Atomic 212 story!Diversity, Inclusion, EquityWe focus on hiring people who share our values of inclusion, collaboration, adaptability, fearlessness, and integrity, rather than ticking boxes so if this role resonates with you, please apply.Diversity.
