Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add a Project Manager to our team of consultants under our Dayforce Practice.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Dayforce HCM implementation projects. This role is dedicated exclusively to managing Dayforce-related initiatives, ensuring successful delivery across all phases of HCM deployment.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for Dayforce HCM implementations.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.Assist in alignment with AU/NZ compliance and business requirements.Provide regular status updates and manage stakeholder communications.Required QualificationsProven experience in project management within Dayforce HCM implementations.Strong understanding of Dayforce modules and configuration processes.Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.Ability to work AU/NZ business hours (MondayFriday).Duration: These are project-based consulting opportunities with varying starts and duration.About Us: Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is a Professional Services firm that delivers comprehensive business solutions worldwide.
