You''ll gain broad exposure across geotechnical investigations, design support, project planning, and client engagementbuilding a strong foundation for your engineering career.What You''ll DoYou''ll contribute to a wide variety of projects through activities such as:Field & Technical WorkConduct geotechnical desktop and field investigationsManage fieldwork operations while ensuring safety and collecting highquality dataUndertake sitebased QA/QC activities and monitor construction activitiesDesign, Reporting & Project SupportPrepare technical deliverables, specifications, and proposals under supervisionAssist in project planning and coordination with clients and contractorsApply engineering methods to solve realworld challengesProfessional Growth & CollaborationParticipate in mentoring programs and company development initiativesWork closely with engineers across the wider WSP businessContribute to improved client satisfaction and project outcomesAbout YouYou''re an earlycareer engineer who brings curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn.
