With over 1,200 dedicated staff and a growing network of 120+ hotel partners, we''re in an exciting phase of expansion and innovation with a focus on operational efficiency and sustainable growth.About the RoleAs Finance Manager, you''ll partner closely with the CFO to lead our day-to-day finance operations and play a pivotal role in supporting our continued success. Key responsibilities include:Overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingManaging a small team (Payroll, AR, and AP Officers) to ensure accurate and timely processingStrengthening internal controls, reconciliations, and compliance (including Corporations Act 2001, tax and industry regulations)Driving process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency in a high-volume service environmentProviding insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, cost management, and cash flow optimisationManaging vendor relationships, stakeholder reporting, and ad-hoc projectsAbout YouYou''re a proactive, results-driven finance professional with a can-do attitude and a passion for problem-solving. Ideal qualifications:Qualified professional (CPA/CA) with Big 4 training (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience, including industry roles post-auditProven track record in hands-on financial management, ideally in service-based, hospitality, or high-growth/turnaround environmentsStrong technical skills in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Microsoft D365 and Power BI) and advanced ExcelExcellent leadership and communication skills able to motivate a small team and influence stakeholdersExperience in transformation initiatives, such as ERP implementations, would be highly regarded (though not essential)Resilient and energised by challenges; eager to roll up your sleeves and deliver impactful results in a dynamic businessWhy Join Us?This is a high-impact role where you''ll own the finance function and directly contribute to our company''s growth and operational excellence.
