Key responsibilities include:Overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingManaging a small team (Payroll, AR, and AP Officers) to ensure accurate and timely processingStrengthening internal controls, reconciliations, and compliance (including Corporations Act 2001, tax and industry regulations)Driving process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency in a high-volume service environmentProviding insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, cost management, and cash flow optimisationManaging vendor relationships, stakeholder reporting, and ad-hoc projectsAbout YouYou''re a proactive, results-driven finance professional with a can-do attitude and a passion for problem-solving.
