In this flexible role you have autonomy to manage your own day and receive support from a strong, close-knit team and a global corporate infrastructure. You will deliver occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of physical and psychological conditions, helping them return to health and work.ResponsibilitiesManage case load with support from Rehabilitation Assistants to reduce administrative tasksApply clinical knowledge to improve returntowork outcomesWork with employers and employees to develop and deliver injury prevention and workplace education programmesCollaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionalsEngage across schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veterans Affairs and employerfunded injury prevention programmesAssist workers in achieving returntohealth and returntowork outcomesConduct assessments (initial, workplace, vocational) to review diagnoses, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers and identify suitable employment opportunities for workers with workplace injuries or motor vehicle accidentsQualificationsGraduate level qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy; registration with AHPRA or ESSA accreditationPrevious experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regardedExcellent communication skills for engaging clients and stakeholdersCompassion and empathy, with strong timemanagement skillsCurrent NSW driver''s licence and access to own car with comprehensive insuranceAdditional InformationIPAR values: Great People caring, collaborative and inclusive; Big Hearts making a positive difference for clients, customers and community; Bold Ideas curiosity, courage and evidencebased solutions.ContactFor a confidential discussion about this role (REF9173N) or to express interest, please contact Talent Acquisition Advisor Tammy at 0428 575 220 or [email protected].
