Senior Finance Sales ConsultantDepartment: Sales & ServicesEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: SydneyDescriptionWe''re looking for a Senior Finance Sales Consultant to drive loan conversions end-to-end, owning the customer journey from application to settlement, acting as the face of Driva, and closing deals while delivering a consistent 5-star customer experience.What you will doSales & Customer ConversionOwn high-intent, high-volume finance applications from assessment to settlementLead discovery, objection handling, negotiation and closingManage a high-volume pipeline to maximise conversion and volume of settlementsUpsell warranty, insurance and aftermarket products as part of a seamless buying experienceAct as the escalation point for complex cases and customer objectionsCustomer & Application ManagementManage inbound and outbound customer communications (phone, email, SMS), providing clear product and process guidance throughout the journeyOwn CRM (Salesforce) case management, including document handling and application updatesTeam & Cross-Functional ImpactSupport onboarding and training of team membersRun projects, initiatives and experiments to lift team-level performancePartner closely with Credit and Settlements to deliver great customer outcomesWhat you bring4+ years of high-performance sales experience managing pipelines of 100+ qualified prospects, with track record of achieving and exceeding targetsExpert objection handling, negotiation and closing skillsExperience coaching junior sales agents highly desiredExperience working in fast-paced, high-volume environmentsStrong communication, problem-solving and time-management skillsSalesforce experience (2+ years preferred)Fintech or startup experience a plusBenefitsHybrid Work Model: We''ll support your commute with an allowance to cover travel expenses for in-office days.
