OverviewProduction Planner role at Sharp & Carter. A leading industrial manufacturer is seeking a Production Planner to take ownership of end to end planning. This is a hands on, standalone planning role where you''ll manage the full production planning process across fabrication, electrical assembly, and dispatch. Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider production teams, you''ll align work orders with production schedules, forecast material needs, and keep things running to plan across a 12-20 week lead time.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate production schedules across fabrication, paint, electrical, and assembly baysWork closely with purchasing to ensure materials availabilityParticipate in weekly production meetings and contribute to the S&OP meetingsAlign BOMs and work orders with production activity and customer needsPresent forecasts and upcoming capacity plans to stakeholdersSupport continuous improvements following a recent ERP implementationBe part of a tight knit team with the opportunity to grow your career in planning or operationsAbout You / QualificationsPrevious experience in production planning, preferably in industrial or equipment manufacturingConfidence working cross-functionallyStrong ERP skillsSolid forecasting and scheduling capabilitiesGreat attention to detail and the ability to see a job through from start to finish #J-18808-Ljbffr
