In this role, you will drive complex, datarich analysis of business and industry performance and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Group Customer and the Chief Customer Officer. You''ll craft strategies that transform the endtoend customer journeypinpointing pain points, elevating moments that matter, and unlocking commercial valuebalancing customer advocacy with rigorous commercial outcomes.Qualifications710 years of professional experience, including at least 23 years in a toptier (BCG, Kearney, Bain, McKinsey etc) external strategy consulting firmBachelor''s degree required; Master''s or MBA highly regardedProven experience in management or strategy consulting with a strong track record of delivering impactful outcomesExceptional strategic development, financial analysis, communication, and project management skillsAbility to quickly identify key issues, structure project plans, and develop strategic options with confidenceProven ability to manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders across all levels, driving alignment and collaboration in complex, crossfunctional environmentsDeep understanding of strategic evaluation and financial modeling techniquesDemonstrated experience leading strategy projects and managing crossfunctional or virtual teamsBackground in a customerfocused organisation, with experience translating insights into customercentric strategiesWhy Qantas?You''ll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
