With flexible working arrangements and options for remote work, we provide a supportive environment that empowers you to excel in your role.About the RoleCreate, develop, drive and manage a business plan, for assigned territory, focused on account growth and account acquisitionRefine and execute a business plan to meet or exceed assigned targetsDevelop and implement strategic account plan for key accounts, communicating effectively with the wider Data#3 teamEngage Data#3 marketing team and Data#3 solution owners to develop business in assigned sales territoryDevelop in-depth knowledge of customer industries/government agenciesLead and manage large-scale tenders and proposalsOwn customer issues independently, and collaboratively, to devise solutions to solve complex deal challengesTake responsibility for the overall commercial (and contractual) relationship for engagementsIdentify new opportunities for Line of Business offerings outside goaling, facilitate engagement with peers and optimise the opportunity for successful salesFocus on account retention, growth and acquisitionDevelop an in-depth knowledge of the customer''s verticalWhat we are looking for:Proven skills growing existing and new business, meeting or exceeding business objectives and targetsDemonstrated track record building and maintaining customer relationships in market (at various levels), Public Sector preferredAbility to influence customers to adopt and consume Microsoft products (or ability to learn quickly)Ability to comprehend complex Microsoft modelling options (or ability to learn quickly)Proven track record of developing and maintaining vendor relationshipsBusiness Development experience is essentialIf you''re passionate about fostering a people-first environment and enjoy collaborating with a variety of stakeholders then we would love to hear from you.Please note that Data#3 will request as part of the recruitment process, reference checks and verification of your right to work in Australia.
