Reporting to a highly regarded and team orientated Property Partner, you will be given autonomy over a mix of residential, commercial and development matters.DutiesOpening, closing and managing residential and commercial conveyancing filesPreparation of sale and auction contracts, transfer of land contracts and caveatsEffectively liaising with external parties including real estate agents and other law firmsPerusing and issuing loan agreementsEnsuring smooth and timely settlementsReviewing executed documentationSkills & ExperienceUp to date experience running conveyancing files from start to finishIs professional, enthusiastic and great with clients and colleaguesAble to anticipate the needs of the team and take a proactive approach to their workHas outstanding time management skills and attention to detailHas great energy and is highly motivatedOur client is a values driven organisation with a genuine, friendly and collaborative culture that respects, rewards and values input.
