With extraordinary dining options Sokyo, BLACK Bar & Grill, Cucina Porto and our vibrant Sports Bar we are dedicated to delivering the ultimate entertainment, hospitality, and dining experiences for all.As the Premium Guest Executive, you will be reporting directly to the Guest Manager, providing excellent guest service and the ability to develop and maintain key relationships that increase visitation to The Star Sydney.This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver an exclusive service for our VIP members.A few of your responsibilities:Managing a dedicated Hosting List of Local Platinum & Diamond membersMeeting individual KPIs regarding sales budget targets and the activation of hosted membersMaintaining and developing strong interpersonal relationshipsRepresenting The Star at hosted events and promotions both on and off siteManaging member local accommodation and restaurant reservations requestsWhat are we looking for:Prior 2+ years Gaming / VIP Host experiencePrevious Sales / Guest Service experience in a fastpaced environmentStrong computer, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a 24/7 environmentAbout you:You are a customerfocused and passionate individual when it comes to providing excellent guest experience. You are an empathetic listener who uses active listening skills to communicate and problemsolve issues that arise.
