The core mission is to support clients in achieving their wealth creation goals through strategies such as tax savings, cost reduction, debt management, and investment planning.Role DescriptionIGnite is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant for a full-time, on-site position located in Manly, NSW. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing compliance reporting, overseeing tax planning and preparation, and performing payroll and bookkeeping duties. The role also involves providing financial analysis, offering strategic advice to clients, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, while delivering exceptional service, will also be a critical part of this position.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience with financial analysis and strategic advisory for complex business groupsStrong technical accounting and tax preparation skills, including financial reporting and complianceProficiency in payroll management, bookkeeping, and use of accounting softwareExceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlinesProven ability to build and maintain client relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA qualification highly desirableFamiliarity with small business financial operations and a client-focused mindsetExperience managing staff and offshore resources.Previous experience in a similar accounting role preferredAt least 5 years experience in AustraliaMust have permanent work rights in AustraliaWhat we offerWe are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
