You will be responsible for managing the daily workflow in an efficient and precise manner.Duties & ResponsibilitiesBe a safety leader within our businessAssist the Service Manager in implementing WHS standards and proceduresAssign and dispatch repair orders to the most appropriately skilled technician based on priority and completion timeMonitor and follow up work progress for each technician to ensure completion on time to the customerMaintain a productive working environment within the service workshopAssist technicians with diagnosis of difficult repairsRegularly liaise with the Service Manager and ensure any concerns are brought to attentionMaintain clear and open communication between technicians and service advisorsWhen able, actively carry out productive service and/or repair work to assist in achieving maximum productivity of the Service DepartmentSkills & ExperienceExperience as a Heavy Vehicle Technician with required trade certificate / qualificationCurrent HR licenceHigh level of problem solving / diagnostic skillsExcellent ability to impart acquired knowledge to both technicians and apprenticesThrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer aptitude in Excel and WordWhat''s in it for YOUThis is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow and advance your career with an exciting, vibrant and growing company.
