With a strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer outcomes, they are experiencing rapid growth and expanding their supply chain capability to support multiple new product launches.About the OpportunityAs a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments globally, as well as domestic distribution across Australia. You will manage 3PL relationships, drive improvements in cost and service performance, and play a key role in operational problem-solving.DutiesCoordinate international shipments for inbound raw materials, cross-trade logistics, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivery time-lines.Manage domestic and international distribution of finished goods, service parts, and loan devices.Maintain strong relationships with 3PL providers, ensuring cost, compliance, and service targets are met.Optimise container utilisation and drive cost-control initiatives without compromising service quality.Generate and analyse supply chain data, including shortage analyses, forecasts, and inventory reports.Represent the logistics function in cross-functional meetings and manage key operational actions.Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at streamlining processes and removing inefficiencies.Skills and ExperienceMust have:International freight experience (import/export) is essential.Knowledge of domestic transportation and freight forwarding processes.Experience working in a highly regulated industry such as medical devices, pharma or FMCG is preferred.Proficiency in Excel and supply chain systems, with the ability to create reports and data insights.Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Self-motivated, adaptable, able to bring structure and processimprovements.CultureYou will join a small and fast-paced supply chain team within a business that values collaboration, agility, and innovation.How to ApplyClick Apply to submit your up to date CV or call Michelle Vermaak on 02 8877 8760 for a confidential discussion.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionDistribution and Supply ChainIndustries Medical Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
