The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and customerfocused, energetic, enthusiastic individual to join our National Customer & Sales Support Team based in our Smithfield head office.This is a permanent fulltime position, Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm).ResponsibilitiesAnswer a high volume of calls from repeat and new customersProcess customer orders and quotesResolve customer queries pertaining to productsBe proactive when dealing with sales phone callsEnsure customer enquiries are answered professionally and promptlyLiaise with internal departments on a regular basisSupport the national sales teamAdminister CRM systemThe CandidateFull training will be provided and there is scope for advancement.The Ideal Person Will DemonstrateA positive team player with a ''cando'' attitude and a willingness to assist in different areas of the business.Previous experience in a customer sales support roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTechnical aptitudeExcellent computer and data entry skillsAttention to detail, with initiative and common senseCommitment and dedicationInterest in the building, plumbing or electrical industryAbility to work in a team environmentAbout UsSince 1920, Mascot Engineering has been manufacturing products for the building industry.
