They''ll have their finger on the pulse with all things social media from best-practice, trends, to platform updates and use this knowledge to manage social content from concept to delivery.ResponsibilitiesContent Management - write, plan and create content for always-on social media activityAccount Management - manage content approvals and run client WIPsSocial Strategy - monitor insights, results and trends to continuously improve content performance and identify opportunities for clientsSocial Leadership - develop relationships with platforms and keep the agency up to date with trends, updates and insightsSocial Media Management - publish content and manage communitiesContent Creation - collaborate with production teams to get content madeSkillsUnderstands youth culture and can spot a trend on social as it emergesTalented copywriter that understands how to write for different audiencesPassion for social-first video content with understanding of best specs, lengths and practicesTranslates learnings and insights into effective strategiesConfident briefing and providing feedback to editors, designers and creators to ensure content is on-brand and fit-for-channelStrong organisational and communication skills, capable of multi-taskingDetail oriented with quality control of all workReceptive to feedback and empathetic in approachListens to clients and understands their challenges and how we can help solve themCan create content on the tools if needed (e.g. Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, basic filming)BenefitsThe benefits of working at Sparro by Brainlabs & Jack NimbleOur comprehensive family plan supports carers with paid leave, flexible hours and return-to-work options.
