In this newly created role, you''ll work closely with our fabrication and warehouse teams to ensure our made-to-order window coverings consistently meet the highest standards. You''ll lead root cause analysis, embed Lean practices directly on the shop floor, and coach teams in problem solving and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building sustainable quality processes and driving operational excellence across the business.What you''ll doLead and maintain quality control programs across fabrication and warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to internal standards and customer expectationsAnalyse quality data, customer feedback, and production reports to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunitiesImplement and champion Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques to streamline processes, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvementCoach and upskill teams in problem solving, visual management, root cause analysis, and performance gap resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier quality issues and ensure accurate procurement specificationsOversee the non-conformance and dispensation processes, including documentation, investigation, and corrective actionsCoordinate calibration schedules for equipment and maintain quality assurance records and compliance documentationMonitor delivery performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve order fulfilment accuracy and timelinessWho you areYou''re a hands-on, technically minded professional with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
