OverviewUnder the supervision of the Event Services manager and in conjunction with our finance team, you will be responsible for the receiving, storing and organizing of all stored materials. Promotes a safe working environment through strict adherence to HACCP and WHS policies.ResponsibilitiesEnsures all merchandise/goods are verified, checked against purchase orders and stored correctly.Maintains Invoice and incoming/outgoing goods logs.Responsible for incoming and outgoing delivery of goods to Department storage areas or Conferences/Exhibitors on a daily basis.Maintain and ensure that stock rotation for both NCCC Kitchen and Events Services departments.Ensure streamlined Exhibition and Concert bump in and out while working with Events services team.Mixture of Physically demanding tasks and computer based tasksWhat We Need From YouCommunication and client service skillsKnowledge of Safe handling/lifting procedures will benefit applicants.Resonsible Service of Alcohol CertificateFull Availability to work Mornings, Evenings & Weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
