Our Enterprise Solutions Practice Delivery team partners with Fortune 500 clients to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM solutions.The RoleThis is a high-impact leadership role on the Enterprise Solutions management team. You''ll own net-new Oracle Cloud revenue across Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia, targeting profitable growth in NRI''s key capability areas.You''re not just a seller you''re a strategic deal architect, trusted client advisor, and Oracle ecosystem leader.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth in VIC, SA, WA; achieve targets via new business, pipeline management, deal negotiations, and closures per NRI frameworks.Coach Pre-Sales team for revenue, TCV, and margin; execute strategies, forecasts, and solution-based selling with Oracle portfolio, workshops, bids, and competitive proposals.Build Oracle Corp relationships for joint Go-To-Market; identify partnerships/acquisitions to strengthen market position.Develop client relationships, share insights, expand sectors; collaborate with Delivery for outcomes; ensure governance, risk management, and Salesforce reporting.Review proposals, support BD/marketing/campaigns, promote brand; assist GM-Oracle/EGM-Enterprise with planning and Leadership Team initiatives.Oversee pre-sales engagement and pricing to ensure proposals are achievable and client-aligned.Lead Oracle deal strategy and support Enterprise Solutions team to secure high-value opportunities.Required QualificationsStrong technology and sales backgroundDemonstrated leadership ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve set targetsProven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skillsExpert sales and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solutionStrategic management, business, accounting, and reporting capabilitiesAnalytical interpretation and advanced problem-solving abilities with the ability to negotiate complex salesPreferred SkillsOracle Partner Network (OPN) experience or prior employment at Oracle/SI partners.Vertical expertise in Manufacturing, Financial Services, or Public Sector.MBA or relevant advanced degree.Why Join Us?Oracle Platinum Partner status with direct access to Oracle''s top deals.Practice-backed selling: 200+ Oracle-certified consultants to support your opportunities.Career runway: Top performers transition to Sales Leadership or Strategic Accounts.Apply Now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
