Key PointsSupport transformational business growth and operational excellenceEnjoy flexible working, including hybrid arrangements12month fixedterm contract with potential for extension or permanencyThe RoleWe''re seeking a commercially astute, datadriven and stakeholderfocused Business Improvement Manager to join our AutoGlass Operations team.In this pivotal role, you will identify improvement opportunities, define best practice, and lead the design and delivery of initiatives that enhance operational performance across our national network. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you''ll help maximise financial outcomes while empowering teams to achieve key operational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prioritise, and drive business improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT, Contact Centre, Field Operations and Technical teamsWork closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to define business requirements and contribute to solution designCoordinate and support testing activities including UAT, disaster recovery simulations and system change assessmentsPrepare and contribute to monthly reporting packs, ensuring insights are accurate and actionablePerform adhoc reporting and data analysis using CRM, ERP, data warehouse and external sourcesSupport operational footprint planning (e.g., postcode simulation, mobile coverage mapping, service centre configuration)Administer and manage the Salesforce Field Service platform, including access control, configuration, troubleshooting and vendor coordinationPartner with the Central Planning team to improve scheduling, planning and reporting processesOversee Salesforce updates and release management to ensure smooth deployment with minimal operational impactWhy O''BrienO''Brien is Australia''s market leader in vehicle glass repair and replacement and part of the global Belron group operating in more than 35 countries.
