As we continue to grow our digital capability, we''re seeking a passionate and technically strong Full Stack Developer to join our integrated team.About the RoleAs a Full Stack Developer, you''ll play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimising digital experiences across a diverse portfolio of clients. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team spanning development, CRO, UX, and performance marketing, you''ll be responsible for delivering highquality web solutions that ensure best practice coding, scalability, and performance. This is a handson technical role requiring strong attention to detail, problemsolving skills, and the ability to collaborate with nontechnical stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable web solutions across Cheil''s client portfolio.Work across CMSdriven and custom applications (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Shopify Plus or similar).Implement new features, integrations, and enhancements aligned with CRO and UX objectives.Optimise site performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.Collaborate with UX/UI designers, CRO strategists, data analysts, and QA teams.Translate design wireframes and user stories into clean, efficient, and reusable code.Support technical scoping, feasibility assessments, and estimation for upcoming initiatives.Conduct peer reviews and maintain version control best practices (Git).Ensure adherence to coding standards, deployment protocols, and accessibility guidelines.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across environments.Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and tools.Contribute ideas to improve workflow automation, component libraries, and QA processes.Support proofofconcept builds for new eCommerce and CX initiatives.Key Skills & Experience35+ years'' experience as a full stack developer within a digital agency or inhouse digital team.Proficiency in Node.js, PHP, or similar.Experience integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL).Familiarity with agile workflows (JIRA, Confluence) and Figma.Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, or GA4.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS, Vercel, or similar).CRO implementation experience (A/B testing, analytics tagging).Exposure to DTC or eCommerce environments.Understanding of accessibility and SEO best practices.Personal AttributesCollaborative and solutionsoriented mindset.Strong attention to detail and accountability.Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with multiple stakeholders.Proactive learner who keeps up with modern web trends.Passionate about creating highperforming, usercentric digital experiences.What You''ll GetOpportunity to work with globally recognised brands and cuttingedge technology.Exposure to advanced digital and marketing tech stacks.Hybrid working flexibility and a collaborative culture.Ongoing professional development through Cheil''s global network. #J-18808-Ljbffr
