We''re seeking a commercially minded and connected Investor Relations professional to join Yard, a growing non-bank lender and fund manager. This is a rare opportunity to play a foundational role in building out the investor base for the Yard Income Trust, our newly launched mortgage fund.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the capital raising effort for the Yard Income Trust from wholesale investorsLeverage existing relationships with accountants, wealth managers, and family offices to build a quality investor baseDevelop and execute a targeted investor outreach strategy, including events, presentations, and one-on-one meetingsAct as the primary contact for investors and potential investors, ensuring a high standard of service and communicationWork closely with the Managing Director and distribution partners on investor communications, reporting, and marketingAbout YouStrong networks across professional services firms and family offices in AustraliaPrior experience in investor relations, capital raising, or business developmentideally in private credit, alternative investments, or funds managementExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsMotivated, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to help grow something from the ground upWhy Join Yard?Yard is a fast-growing non-bank lender with a strong origination engine and proven track record in residential and commercial mortgages.
