Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$169,381.00/yr - A$169,381.00/yrSenior Teacher 2 - Remuneration Package Range $169,381 (including salary $144,813)Curriculum, Pedagogy and Assessment Preschool and Primary YearsDarwinOngoing vacancy availableLead strategic curriculum and literacy initiatives in primary schoolsCoach, mentor and support evidence-based teaching across regionsCollaborate with schools and stakeholders in urban and remote areasDrive curriculum improvement and boost literacy outcomes across NT primary schools.The RoleAs the Teaching and Learning Advisor in the Early Years and Primary team, you''ll lead and implement strategies to enhance student outcomes, leveraging your expertise in curriculum, teaching, and assessment to provide advice, professional learning, and develop resources.Teaching and Learning Services (TLS) offers culturally responsive support to early childhood settings and schools, enhancing outcomes for Territory children. TLS provides quality teaching and learning services, transition support, policy coordination, and strategic implementation of government priorities, while advising senior executives and engaging with diverse stakeholders.Improving literacy outcomes is a priority and we strive to be innovative and strategic in our approaches to optimise engagement with schools within and across the six regions in the NT.About youYou''re an education leader who thrives on collaboration, innovation and wants to make a Territory-wide impact.
