From disability and aged care support to community-focused initiatives, we''re here to help people live their best lives.What you''ll doAnalyse and resolve high volumes of NDIS and other funding claim issues, ensuring accurate and compliant outcomesCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve funding queriesPrepare reconciliations of claiming transactions and customer data to support error resolutionIdentify process improvement opportunities and escalate to the National Manager Client FundingWhat you''ll bringStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret funding data to solve moderately complex problemsExceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in compliance and documentationAdvanced proficiency in CRM systems (Carelink, Lumary) and Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical funding concepts to diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and foster positive working relationships(You''ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but don''t worry, we''ll help guide you through this.)Bonus points forExperience in disability and/or aged care servicesDemonstrated knowledge of disability or aged care funding administrationWhy you''ll love working at genUAt genU, our differences make us stronger.
