Thus, by guaranteeing a full comprehensive understanding of products and target markets, we are able to provide costeffective solutions to our partners.Job Title: Solutions Sales SpecialistThis role involves forming partner relationships, understanding partner needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive sales and partner satisfaction, with particular focus on activities to generate and close deal registered business.The Solutions Sales Specialist will work closely with our vendors and internal teams including product management, sales engineers, partner support, finance and marketing, to ensure that partner and vendor expectations are met and exceeded. You will identify opportunities for account expansion, revenue/margin growth and retention, acquisition and development.You will be required to demonstrate an indepth understanding of the use cases and licensing for our vendor technologies, together with excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving customer challenges.Responsibilities and KPIsDevelop and execute strategic account plans to expand business within existing accounts and identify new business opportunitiesQualify new enquiries, leverage supporting presales resources to open up and progress opportunities, and manage quoting and procurement policy adherence to close dealsDevelop and maintain strong relationships within your key accounts by ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and delivering exceptional service and supportIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts by understanding partner needs, conducting regular checkins and offering appropriate solutionsTrack and report on account engagement progress, account performance, vendor specific activity, sales pipeline, and revenue forecastsUtilise CRM and other sales tools to document client interactions, monitor sales activity, and manage account statusPrepare regular reports and analysis for internal stakeholders on account growth, challenges, and areas for improvementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with your nominated vendor sales and sales engineer contactsTake accountability for vendor related requests, expectations, partner engagement and joint opportunity developmentQualifications and SkillsExcellent communication and relationshipbuilding skillsStrong negotiation and problemsolving abilitiesStrong customer service skills including a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise partner requestsProficient in using CRM systems and other relevant business toolsBachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related fieldSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFulltimeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustryWholesale #J-18808-Ljbffr
