Training Specialist - Passenger ServicesJoin to apply for the Training Specialist - Passenger Services role at dnataOverall purpose of the position: At dnata we are dedicated to assisting employees reach professional goals through development opportunities.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesTrain colleagues in an efficient and costeffective way;Liaise with specialists and clients to ensure relevant training and administration resources are used and updated where required;Assist the training team to report on training compliance, expiries and recurrence requirements;Assist the training team to complete signoff processes and ensure all applicable team members meet company standards;Provide feedback, mentoring and support to buddy''s and SME''s;Accountable person for completing paperwork and entering into VETrack;Assist with training document control and document review;Assist other ports with data entry, as required;Assist training department with any ad hoc duties.OH & S ResponsibilitiesComply with the dnata OHS Policy and related Group Policies;Comply with legislative OH & S requirements;Develop and maintain a positive safety culture focused on awareness and vigilance;Conduct work in accordance with dnata''s OH & S Management System and customer OH & S requirements;Follow all safety work procedures, adhering to all safety guidelines provided;When applicable wear the required personal protective clothing and equipment.Essential CriteriaVETrak experience essential;Currently or willing to be signed off on numerous Passenger Services Functions including: PAX Assist, Checkin and Delta/Gate Supervisor;High level of computer literacy and sound knowledge of training management systems;Welldeveloped communication skills both written and oral and negotiation skills;Sound understanding of the Australian Quality Training Framework and knowledge of all aspects of VET and RTO quality frameworks.Desirable CriteriaPrevious experience in or knowledge of airline industry principles and procedures.Please note that employment with dnata Airport Services Pty.
