MEDITECH North Ryde, New South Wales, AustraliaResponsibilitiesThe Sales Development Representative will focus on supporting the sales team in customer acquisition and retention, as well as in navigating the sales engagement process with both new and existing customers. This is an internal sales role for a thoughtful, energetic, highly organised, motivated, well-spoken and eager individual looking to start in and grow their sales career at a company transforming healthcare on a global scale by providing innovative software and service solutions to healthcare organisations (hospitals, health systems, ambulatory clinics/practices).Qualifications and Experience2+ years of related work experience in healthcare or technical salesBA/BS degree or equivalentTechnical Sales AptitudeInterest in healthcare; an established network in the healthcare space will be an advantageComfortable making cold calls and talking to new peopleExcellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential and existing customersTenacious, persuasive, and goal-orientedComfortable working in a team environment with each member performing different functionsAbility to work under pressure in time-sensitive sales situationsEnergetic, engaging, and friendly demeanorMEDITECH is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
