The role reports to the Site Director and manages a team of ~90 employees across execution, reliability, asset integrity, planning, major shutdowns, and event management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the maintenance team, ensuring daytoday operations, short and longterm planning, shutdown and event management, and reliability governance.Develop and deliver the site Maintenance Business Plan.Oversee forecasting, planning and execution activities to meet budgeted production and financial targets.Design and implement new methods and procedures to improve operations, minimize operating costs and increase utilization of labour and materials.Maintain compliance with statutory, safety and environmental standards, recognising the plant as a major hazard facility.Drive a worldclass safety culture, delivering exemplary safety and sustainability performance in line with Tronox systems and processes.About YouTertiary or trade qualification in a related discipline.Proven practical experience leading a maintenance department.Strong leadership skills motivation, coaching, mentoring and performance management.Unwavering commitment to safety with a history of leading by example.Highperformance communicator able to lead change and drive outcomes with a large team.Enthusiastic leader experienced in developing people to be empowered, adaptable and achieve great outcomes.Experience with SAP 4 HANA desirable.Why Join Tronox?When you join Tronox, you''ll work with brilliant people, close to home and around the world.
