Logistics SpecialistZimmermannJob DescriptionIn this role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless, efficient, and compliant movement of goods across the global network. From production and retail shipments to freight coordination and customs compliance, they will oversee end-to-end logistics operations that uphold the company''s commitment to service excellence and operational precision. Working closely with internal stakeholders and trusted external partners, they will bring a proactive, solutionsfocused approach to managing complex international logistics in alignment with Zimmermann''s high standards.Job Requirements24 years'' experience in international logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination (retail/fashion industry preferred).Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and global trade compliance.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.Excellent problemsolving skills with a proactive, handson approach.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and logistics systems (e.g., ERP AP21, WMS, freight portals).Job ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage global inbound and outbound shipments from factories and 3PLs in Europe, AsiaPacific, and the Americas.Organise weekly freight consolidations and prepare all necessary documentation for customs clearance.Manage consignments of finished goods, updating stakeholders and coordinating with freight forwarders.Oversee import/export documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, and Certificates of Origin.Coordinate global shipments from suppliers in Vietnam, Sri Lanka, India, Madagascar, Turkey, Portugal, and Romania.Track weekly exports from Hong Kong and Italy 3PLs to key global markets including the US, Mexico, Thailand, Switzerland, and more.Maintain freight schedules and reporting tools using Excel to monitor shipment statuses.Liaise with customs brokers to ensure compliance with international trade laws, including duties and tariffs.Coordinate ExWorks (EXW) shipments and consolidate freight to reduce costs and reliance on air freight.Negotiate freight rates and secure capacity for peak trading periods.Maintain logistics cost and tax databases and support quarterly and annual KPI reporting.Job BenefitsFlexible Working Arrangement, including Summer Fridays.Bespoke development plans and access to strong mentors and industry leaders.Ongoing Training & Development to grow your career within Zimmermann.Generous Employee Discount.Opportunity to progress your career within an Australian global luxury brand, including international opportunities.Work with highend fashion and alongside fellow passionate and dedicated Zimmermann team members.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFulltimeJob FunctionSupply ChainIndustriesRetail #J-18808-Ljbffr
