Since its initial launch in Korea, Genesis has emerged in key global markets including North America, Europe, China, Australia, Russia, and the Middle East, establishing a strong relationship with customers around the world.The OpportunityAs the GTM Assistant Manager you will assist with the go-to-market process for new product launches and market expansions by coordinating cross-functional activities, managing project timelines, and assisting in the execution of marketing strategies. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, product planning, and other departments to ensure the successful introduction and sustained success of GMAu products and services.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of plans to meet approved targets over the stated planning period including the development of consumer retail offers and finance programs.Prepare and Assess demand funnel metrics including the enquiry targets across digital (website) and outlets required to deliver the order write and retail plans of the period.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product launches and GTM initiatives.Volume and share competitive set performance reviews versus plan and prior year. Highlight volume and share gains / losses driven by variables such as price, incentives, SOV or availability.Conduct market research to gather data on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.Monitor and evaluate activity, including data analysis and delivery of relevant insights that enable ongoing improvement of marketing initiatives within the automotive sector.Lead the GTM product launch planning process, hosting regular launch committee meetings.Review the market landscape and assist Senior Manager in defining the target market, positioning and key launch objectives for new models, including volume expectations.About YouYou have the below skills and experience and are looking to develop your career with a progressive luxury automotive brand.3-5 years experience in Go-to-market, Sales Operations, Marketing Communications or Product Planning.Experience working within the automotive or mobility industry is highly desirable.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Effective problem-solving skills to address data and operational challenges.Valid Drivers Licence.Why work for Genesis Motors Australia?This is a rare opportunity that offers the successful candidate exposure to a national and global business, with access to the following benefits:HMCA & GMAu: Exposure to all facets of the business, its products and future business.Learning & Development: Personalised LMS System and clear L&D strategy for all staff.
