Retail Operations SupervisorAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Operations Supervisor to support the Retail Operations team in delivering operational excellence across our Australia and New Zealand stores. Reporting to the Country Head and working closely with Store Managers, Area Managers and cross-functional partners, you will play a key role in ensuring our stores operate efficiently, consistently and in line with POP MART''s global standards.ResponsibilitiesSupport the rollout and execution of retail operations policies, procedures and SOPsDrive operational consistency across stores through audits, reporting and on-the-ground supportCoordinate operational aspects of new store openings, retail projects and seasonal campaignsPartner with Marketing, HR, Merchandise and Finance to address day-to-day retail needsMonitor operational KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvementAssist with training store teams on processes, compliance and loss prevention practicesOversee loss prevention strategies e.g. stocktake preparation and support compliance in cash handling and security protocolsRequired SkillsStrong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesA proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPassionate about customer experience and retail excellenceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with retail systems a plus)Experience supporting new store rollouts or retail projectsSeniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesEntertainment Providers and RetailReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at POP MART by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
