Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data for MDM and ETL processes.Validate Informatica ETL processes to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance with business rules.Perform end-to-end testing of MDM workflows including data ingestion, cleansing, consolidation, survivorship, and publishing.Collaborate with developers, data architects, and business analysts to identify defects and drive issue resolution.Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for ETL/MDM solutions.Verify data quality, lineage, reconciliation, and metadata consistency across multiple systems.Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test strategy, test plans, and defect logs.Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement in testing practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data for MDM and ETL processes.Validate Informatica ETL processes to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance with business rules.Perform end-to-end testing of MDM workflows including data ingestion, cleansing, consolidation, survivorship, and publishing.Collaborate with developers, data architects, and business analysts to identify defects and drive issue resolution.Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for ETL/MDM solutions.Verify data quality, lineage, reconciliation, and metadata consistency across multiple systems.Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test strategy, test plans, and defect logs.Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement in testing practices.Required Skills & Qualifications36 years of experience in ETL testing, with at least 2+ years on Informatica PowerCenter / Informatica MDM.Strong SQL skills for data validation and test automation.Hands-on experience with data quality, data profiling, and data reconciliation.Knowledge of MDM concepts (data governance, golden record, survivorship rules, hierarchies).Experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD testing practices.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.Preferred QualificationsExposure to Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Informatica Cloud / IICS, or related data integration platforms.Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and BI reporting tools.Experience in automation testing frameworks for ETL. #J-18808-Ljbffr
