We are building a team of astute and reliable people with diverse skills, who can jump into projects at short notice if required.We are looking for a selfmotivated Solutions Consultant/ Technical Officer with established ICT knowhow.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving sales and dispatch processes for software, hardware, IT and communication services.Solving system and technical problems for our clients.Handson system implementation and support.Liaising with customers and their stakeholders.Accurately documenting systems, processes and suggesting improvements.Creating value and maximising growth.Improving business performance for the betterment of all stakeholders.Any other duties as assigned.Key Skills and AttributesYou must live in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.You have proven ICT education and experience.You have dedication to detail, and can follow established procedures perfectly.You have logical and accountable reasoning and problemsolving skills.You enjoy handson ICT support work, both in the field and online.You are a genuinely honest, reliable, and dedicated person who enjoys problem solving with technology.You have experience with delivering tasks ontime and handling short lead times.You have a consistent history of establishing positive and happy client relationships.You are there for our clients and our team and prepared to step up and help when you''re needed.You are prepared to travel when the need arises.You will embrace training and development opportunities to better support our products and services.We have incredible clients and we strive at every moment to deliver real value to them.
