Apply for the Brand Manager Wine role at BrightSide Executive Search.Pay RangeA$120,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr (Base pay range).Casella Family Brands is seeking an experienced Brand Manager [Yellow Tail] to drive marketing strategy, innovation, and brand communications across the Australian market, while supporting key global regions.Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for developing and executing long-term strategic and annual marketing plans, leading campaign development, and managing brand assets and budgets to achieve strong commercial outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement 3-year strategic and annual marketing plans in collaboration with internal stakeholdersCreate and execute compelling communication strategies, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and company objectivesManage marketing agencies and ambassador relationships to deliver impactful, results-driven campaignsOversee development and maintenance of relevant, engaging brand assets including websites and digital channelsCollaborate with the Innovation team to deliver new product development, packaging design, and brand extensionsLead marketing analysis, reporting, and post-campaign reviews to measure success and optimise future initiativesPrepare brand performance reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholdersContribute to a collaborative, positive team culture that aligns with company values and behavioursEnsure compliance with all company policies, WHS standards, and safety proceduresQualificationsDegree qualified in Marketing or BusinessMinimum 4 years'' experience in marketing, ideally at Brand Manager level and within the wine industryProven experience developing and executing successful brand and communication strategiesStrong project management, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesCreative thinker with commercial acumen and attention to detailCollaborative and proactive, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple prioritiesThis is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to join a high-performing marketing team within a respected global organisation.
