Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Foundational Roles | Full-time & Part-time OpportunitiesWe are establishing a new Care Service and are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the service as foundational team members.This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up, contributing to the establishment and embedding of clinical practice, care models and team culture within a brand-new service supporting patients.The service is located in a city-fringe setting, approximately 4km northeast of the city centre, offering a well-connected and accessible environment.About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse within the Care Service, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients with complex clinical and functional needs. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will support patient recovery, independence and safe discharge outcomes.As a foundational staff member, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to:Establishing clinical standards, processes and care pathwaysEmbedding best-practice documentation and governanceSupporting service commencement and early operationsBuilding a positive, collaborative and respectful team cultureKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in line with clinical standards and guidelinesUndertake comprehensive assessments, care planning and clinical monitoringAdminister medications and manage clinical documentation accuratelyCollaborate with medical, allied health and care teams to support patient goalsContribute to quality improvement, risk management and patient safety initiativesAbout YouYou are an experienced Registered Nurse who values delivering high-quality, person-centred care and takes pride in strong clinical practice.
