Our Information Management and Technology (IM&T) Unit is integral to supporting our staff and the community, delivering a wide range of ICT services.With a focus on enhancing employee and customer experiences, our IM&T team is committed to operational excellence and future growth, ensuring that we not only meet today''s demands but also anticipate future technological needs.About The RoleThe IM&T Delivery Partner is a crucial role within the IM&T Digital PMO, responsible for managing technology projects and Service Improvement Plans (SIPs). You will partner with various Council directorates to understand their IT requirements and ensure service levels are consistently met. As the primary point of contact for non-transactional services, this role emphasises effective communication and collaboration across teams to deliver desired outcomes.Key Responsibilities include:Develop a deep understanding of business goals and translate them into technology requirements.Manage expectations with business units regarding project deliveries and service levels.Apply Agile project management methodologies to ensure effective delivery of projects and SIPs.Coordinate activities and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.Support Project Managers with financial tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing.Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement within the team.Engage in demand management and prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment.Who We''re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
