We are seeking an experienced recruiter/talent acquisition partner who''s looking to transition into an Account Management role.The Account Manager role is a pivotal role within our organisation, responsible for managing a number of Martian Logic''s key enterprise accounts. This exciting career pivot will enable you to fully utilise your technology skill-sets and exceptional people skills.Your key responsibilities will be a hybrid of increasing & retaining revenue within your customer accounts, as well as developing new business accounts. This is a ''high touch'' role, most of your energies will be focussed on liaising with key SLTs/ELTs, typically HR Directors, CPO''s, CIO''s etc.About You5+ years experience gained as an agency recruiter and/or an internal talent acquisition partner, wishing to explore a new and exciting challenge (whilst still remaining within the talent/people & culture sector).You are very comfortable communicating/presenting to c-suite executives, you have an innate ability to develop maintain mutually beneficial relationships.You are commercially savvy, and you''re often recognised for your superior commercial/business acumen.Ability to plan and forecast, creating a clear business strategy aimed at expanding & retaining your designated customer accounts.Key characteristics and personality traits should include self-motivation, energetic, drive, hunger to learn/further develop your skill-sets, creative, solutions driven mindset, tenacious, and resilient.Please note there will be interstate travel required at times.Why Martian Logic?
