If you''ve worked with fleet operators, FMOs, or corporate mobility programs and know how to turn big plans into scalable solutions, this is where you can make a real impact.The RoleThis is a growth-focused position at the intersection of sales, solution design, and client success. You''ll be JET Charge''s specialist for fleet charging solutions, building our presence in the market and driving the transition for fleet operators.You will own the entire business development cycle: prospecting, shaping solutions, closing deals, and supporting long-term client success.What You''ll DoIdentify, develop, and secure opportunities with fleet operators, FMOs, leasing companies, OEMs, and large corporate fleetsCreate tailored EV charging proposals including hardware, software, and energy solutionsGuide clients through electrification planning and scale pilot programs into long-term rolloutsLead commercial negotiations, build compelling business cases, and close B2B dealsCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, and product teams to deliver successful projects.Manage pipeline, produce accurate sales forecasts, and provide market intelligenceWhat We''re Looking ForProven business development or sales experience in fleet management, automotive, or energy fleet operator experience is highly regardedDemonstrated success securing and growing B2B partnershipsStrong commercial acumen and ability to navigate infrastructure and technical solutionsExcellent communicator with influencing skills at all levelsEntrepreneurial, proactive, and results-drivenPassion for sustainability and transport decarbonisationWhy Join Us?At JET Charge, you''ll be part of a team shaping a once-in-a-generation industry shift.
