This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn fast, develop core capabilities in a variety of disciplines and develop a solid foundation in B2B marketing within a purpose-led organisation.You will thrive if you are curious, organised and proactive. This role is suited to a problem solver who can take direction but also spot opportunities to make things better without waiting to be told.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign SupportAssist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads and eventsBuild and send EDMs, including automations and personalisationsCoordinate social publishingCoordinate webinar logistics (Zoom setup, registration, reminders and reporting)Assist with conference and event administration including supplier bookings, asset coordination and logisticsCreative and ContentCreate and edit simple assets using Canva (graphics, short videos, social visuals within our templates)Assist in preparing print and design briefsSupport copywriting for social media, newsletters and web updatesCollaborate on content calendar planning in NotionAnalytics and ReportingSupport setup and tracking through HubSpot workflows, Google Tag Manager, GA4 and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerSupport data collection and analysis across campaign performance metricsUse Excel, Datawrapper and other tools to collate insights and present resultsMaintain dashboards and performance summaries for team reviewsSystems and ProcessesMaintain campaign workflows and documentation in NotionHelp manage marketing automation and data hygiene in HubSpot.Learn and apply marketing process best practices for efficiency and scalabilityAbout youSome experience in marketing coordination, campaign support or a related role (internship or junior-level experience welcome, we are most interested in your growth mindset and desire to learn and build)Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
