Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (NSW, ACT, QLD, NT), you''ll play a key role in driving visibility, availability, and growth across highpotential pharmacy accounts.You''ll deliver instore execution excellence, grow distribution and share of shelf, and bring the Perfect Store model to life building strong retailer relationships, driving promotional compliance, and unlocking opportunities for new product sellins.This is a growth focused role, managing and expanding an existing account base rather than breaking into new stores, offering a great platform to make an immediate impact.ResponsibilitiesPrioritise call file based on growth, sales potential, and distribution gapsExecute structured call plans supported by CRM and insights from segmentationUse data to identify distribution opportunities, upsell initiatives, and POS gapsFocus on highvalue stores that can drive growth vs coverageonly mindsetDeliver brand standards instore including core range, offlocation displays, and promotional complianceConduct store audits and capture execution data via SalesforceEducate staff on new products, brand stories, and promotional activityEnsure POS is placed, activated, and used as intendedBe a category ambassador position the company as a valueadding supplier, not just a sellerGather insights and infield analyses to feed back to Commercial teamsExperienceMust come with experience working in FMCG / Consumer Goods open to different categoriesProven ability to influence and sell instoreStrong understanding of retail operations and ideally pharmacy dynamicsHigh motivation to chase growth within existing accountsSkilled in data use to prioritise and convert opportunitiesStrong time management and call efficiencyProfessional in brand representation and product educationResilient, autonomous, and accountable for storelevel impactAbove average salary package on offerExperience working with a business going through transformational change strong SLT and growth plans, with investment back into the business and brandsOpportunities to progress as the business scalesWork for a company where they are in 4 out of 5 Australian households #J-18808-Ljbffr
