Additionally, Sazerac owns many popular brands across a range of spirits, including Fireball and Southern Comfort.OpportunityResponsibility for management of strategic national On Premise groups. This includes, but is not limited to, strategy development, annual activity & budget investment, planning, execution and review, building brands, growing sales, and maximizing distribution in key offtrade accounts across the Retail, Grocery and Convenience channels.Your responsibilities will includeEducation and development of the on-trade sales team, and monitor progress through the use of the QBR''s. This will ensure clearer review and planning alignment for the BDE''s nationally.Developmenty, execution and communication of On Premise Group priorities to the wider Sales Leadership team and business. Monitoring and achievement of these objectives through KPI''s and volume and brand contribution by Channel Measures.Development and communication of volume and profit objectives for strategic on premise groups in the ontrade channel.Partnership with defined customer base of major Australian & New Zealand On Premise Groups and identify and deliver sales opportunities for each priority brand and make presentations to secure distribution and promotional activity. Improve visibility and brand awareness by securing distribution, promotion in targeted accounts. Driving rate of sale growth for key brands.Building and maintaining great relationships and secure great execution in key national onpremise accounts - as measured by sales drivers and KPI''s.Working with defined customer base to manage supply chain, deliver shared efficiencies, maximize availability and improve visibility of key brands.Communicate, develop and measure the progress of implementation of the national & state business priorities to the SBM''s and field sales teams. This system will ensure the sales team is properly focused on the highest priority highest reward projects.Develop KPI''s and identify systems and measurements to manage and report results.Secure, understand and utilize national and state level pricing standards and deviations for use with national account presentations and execution compliance.What are we looking for?Excellent communication skills with strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skillsSolid commercial & financial acumen and proven experience in exceeding targetsResultorientated and solutions focused with a customer obsessed mindsetHighly adaptable in fast paced environmentsIntermediate MS office skills and experience using a CRM systemExperience within the liquor or beverage industry (preferred)Seniority levelMidSenior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionBeverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
