Working within Customer Success, you''ll partner with diverse advertisers to transform messy, real-world data into model-ready insights using DataOSour AI-powered data preparation platform.This role blends strategic customer partnership, hands-on technical work, and exposure to cutting-edge AI technology. If you''re looking to level up your career while making a real impact, this is it.What you''ll be doingCustomer Partnership & EnablementAct as a strategic data partner to a portfolio of customers, helping them automate data supply for modellingTrain customers to use DataOS to streamline ingestion across complex, diverse data sourcesTechnical ExecutionSupport data connections via cloud warehouses, platform integrations, or structured manual workflowsLeverage AI-powered preparation tools to transform raw data into sophisticated, model-ready structures at speedEnsure data meets quality standards for weekly and monthly model refreshes, partnering closely with Data ScienceProblem-Solving & CommunicationTranslate complex data requirements into clear, intuitive guidance that balances simplicity with rigourTroubleshoot data issues and investigate edge cases to continuously improve qualityCollaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams, channeling customer insights to evolve our platformWhy this role mattersOur models are only as powerful as the data behind them.
